Domestic Shipping Policy – The Tantva

At The Tantva, we’re delighted to offer FREE shipping across India on all orders — whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). There are no additional shipping charges for any domestic purchase.

Dispatch Timelines

All our products are freshly sourced and created on demand, so please allow 3-7 working days for dispatch, depending on availability.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (such as public curfews or strikes), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 days. If such delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our delivery partner’s website.

Delivery Confirmation & Support

To help us assist you better in case of issues:

  • Please record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your parcel appears damaged or tampered, please do not accept it. Take photos and videos, and contact us immediately at support@thetantva.com.


Note: We currently do not support international shipping. Orders can only be placed and delivered within India.
